Where can I download the enrolment form?
Both enrolment forms are at the top of this page, one for Long Day Care and one for School Care.
What documents do I need to enrol?
The enrolment form, your child's immunisation history statement from myGov, their birth certificate and a direct debit form.
How do I get a Storypark account?
We set up your Storypark account when your child starts, and send you an invitation by email.
